Things The Telegraph Omitted.

Things The Telegraph Executive Editor Sherrie Marshall has labored long and hard to keep off of the pages of The Telegraph. President and Publisher George McCanless has to be immensely pleased.

Of course the Editorial Page Editor Charles E. Richardson has done his part by censoring all letters to the editor thereby insuring no comments on such things appear on the editorial page.

On October 01, 2012 we find:
“A new survey shows Mitt Romney with a commanding lead over President Barack Obama among doctors, with Obamacare helping to sway their votes.”
“If the election were held today, 55 percent of physicians reported they would vote for Romney while just 36 percent support Obama, according to a survey released by Jackson & Coker, a division of Jackson Healthcare, the third largest health care staffing company in the United States”
It is explained in the article: Survey: Doctors choose Romney over Obama.

Then on October 1st, 2012 we find in a “CNN/ORC International poll” that:
“Fifty-percent of likely voters questioned in the CNN survey, which was released Monday, say that if the election were held today, they would vote for the president, with 47% saying they would support Romney, the former Massachusetts governor. The president's three point margin is within the poll's sampling error.”
The report also tells us that:
“Three other national polls of likely voters released in the past 24 hours also indicate a tight race. The other surveys are from ABC News/Washington Post, Politico/George Washington University, and American Research Group. A CNN Poll of Polls which averages all four surveys plus a Fox News poll released late last week puts Obama at 49% and Romney at 46% among likely voters.”
When the Obama Administration was held in contempt of court for violating United States District Judge Martin Feldman’s ruling The Telegraph did not report it. The judge ruled that:
“Such dismissive conduct, viewed in tandem with the reimposition of a second blanket and substantively identical moratorium and in light of the national importance of this case, provide this Court with clear and convincing evidence of the government’s contempt of this Court’s preliminary injunction Order.”
Now the Obama administration has ordered defense contractors not to issue layoff notices before the election. The notices are required by law and would come just prior to the election and draw attention to sequestration and other defense cuts.

This was reported by The Hill in an article titled: Obama administration tells contractors again: Don’t issue layoff notices.

The administration agrees to pay any and all legal expenses occurred by this breech of the law in the event of court action. That letter is located at: guidance from the Office of Management and Budget.

Have a nice day.
