The Telegraph's con on "Fast and Furious"

It is simply amazing how the reporting of news has changed for The [Macon] Telegraph since January of 2008. One of the latest examples is the Gun running of this administration using the ATF and maybe others. See “Gun-Running Sting Blows Up: House Hearings on ATF’s Fast and Furious”

See C-Span’s "Fast and Furious" a "Catastrophic Disaster" that tells how “Border agents criticize weapons program” Washington, DC Wednesday, June 15, 2011.

As the hearings progress it looks more and more like Holder is in for rough head winds.

At the very least now we know that he can not even keep up with what is going on in the Justice Department. Perhaps that is because he is too busy looking out for the inmates at Gitmo (Guantanamo Bay Cuba). See Culture of corruption: Holder, terrorists, Covington & Burling

When questioned at the House Hearings about wiretap in ATF Fast and Furious case, i.e.: "What about the Asst. Attorney General of the Criminal Division, Lanny Breuer? Did he authorize it?" Issa asked Holder.

Holder replied "I'm not sure,"

President and Publisher and the staff of The (Macon) Telegraph have ignored the entire story for the most part.

There was a column by Eric Erickson on March 18, 2011 about the subject and a follow-up on April 8,2011 by an individual named Chuck Shepard.

The column by Erickson was titled “An incompetent act of war” and was located on the Opinion Page. As for the Shepard piece, it was buried with some more garbage on page 18 in E section called “Out and About”.

Other than that the subject of this administration’s gun running has been ignored. This is how The Telegraph handled this situation and now they want you to trust them.

Based on this I think it is safe to assume that President and Publisher George McCanless and the staff at The [Macon] Telegraph do not want you to know about the House Hearings. Or perhaps they felt that it would not do this administration any good and therefore any more information about the hearings and these activities should be dropped.

This type of deception by The Telegraph does not stop them from trying to convince the people of middle Georgia that they are honest hardworking folks just like ever one else. Yes they want everyone to think that this is who they are.

However it would see that a lot of people in middle Georgia do not see it that way. In May of 2011 the President and Publisher George McCanless notified that “Home delivery to stop outside of core counties.”

If is obvious that a large part of the people in middle Georgia tired of the scam job and canceled their subscriptions.

As a result the first Black Attorney General of the United States of America was held in “Contempt of Congress” and the first Black President declared “Executive Privledge” to protect him.

Now The Telegraph’s Executive editor wants you to trust them, what a joke.

Marshal also talks about how she is for “…a little more civility.”, but when the Obama was running ads with a 90 year old woman threatening to “burn this mother fu---down no concern about civility was forth coming.

Of course when The Telegraph was referring to elected “lawmakers” as being a “little slimy” and telling us how they “… were like two-bit whores…” there was not one word about “civility” from The Telegraph’s Executive Editor Sherrie Marshall.

Have a nice day.
