“The previous month
had again passed the 20 percent mark”
This was in May 1939
after almost two full terms of Roosevelt and the New Deal…
We are told that in:
“Morgenthau’s
startling words – his confession – spoken candidly before his follow Democrats
on the House Ways and Means Committee:”
He tells them that:
“We have tried spending money. We are spending more than we
have ever sent before and it does not work. And I have just one interest, and
if I am wrong…somebody else can have my job. I want to see this country
prosperous. I want to see people get a job. I want to see people get enough to
eat. We have never made good on our promises…I say after eight years of this
Administration we have just as much unemployment as when we started…And an
enormous debt to boot!” 2
2 Morgenthau’s
Diary
Again we are
cautioned by John T. Flynn in his book
The Roosevelt Myth on
page 292 that:
“And if these techniques are permitted to continue the Constitution will be destroyed and our system of government changed utterly without a vote of the people or an amendment to the Constitution. Roosevelt by his various hit or miss experiments all designed to get power into his hands, prepared a perfect blueprint for some future dictator of the modern school to usurp without very much difficulty all the powers he needs to operate a first class despotism in America.”
The people of this
Great Country can take this serious or they can ignore it at their own peril.
Common sense tells us we cannot keep printing and borrowing money to exist.
We can look at an
example; have you ever heard of “not worth a Continental”?
Have a nice day.
