Update: Another Telegraph con by S. Heather Duncan

On Friday, December 28, 2012 we posted Another Telegraph con by S. Heather Duncan

The following is from that post with the exception of the job loss numbers, cost and material at the end of this post, which as can be seen came from Gov. Mike Huckabee and Senator Inhofe (R-Ok) on the Fox News Channel. The facts do a great deal to show how The Telegraph and S. Heather Duncan had no interest in informing the citizens of middle Georgia as to what is actually happening. We think it becomes very clear that their intention was to misinform and cover-up the Obama Administration’s dishonesty and deceit.

As can be seen Duncan and The Telegraph were not about to tell the reader just how many jobs and how much this was going to cost.

Now we have The Telegraph’s S. Heather Duncan and The Telegraph laying it on thick again with their con on the EPA (Environmental Protection Agency). The Telegraph as with all other things illustrating the incompetency and lawlessness of the Obama Administration has ignored the problems with the EPA in the past.

Now with a little soft-soap they trot something out and if anyone complains they can say we cover the EPA!

Duncan is a joke, as she begins this con she uses a broad stroke with a wide brush and trots it out in the very first paragraph. Here she assures us that the EPA is “Continuing its tradition of issuing major new rules near the end of the year…” this contradicts Federal Law, specifically the USC (United States Code); Title 5. Government Organization and Employees; Part I-The Agencies Generally; Chapter 6-The analysis of Regulatory Functions. This can be seen at the Regulatory Flexibility Act.

There is an interesting article on the cnsnews.com web site by Craig Bannister, dated November 1, 2012 titled: “Obama Admin. Ignores Legal Deadline To Disclose Regulatory Plans, Economic Impact – Again”. This article provides additional information and links.

 Bannister tells us how:
"The Obama administration continues to play a game of regulatory hide-and-seek with the American people. Current law was designed to protect the public's right to know about rules and regulations being crafted behind the closed doors of the federal bureaucracy."
"Instead of providing the facts, the administration has obstructed the committee's search for answers. What is the president trying to hide? The American people deserve better than an imperial presidency that flouts the law and hides its regulatory ambitions."
Another article on the freeenterprise.com web site by Sheldon Gilbert dated August 22, 2012 sheds more information on why we feel safe when we call Duncan’s story a con.

The article titled: Seven strikes, you're out? EPA court defeats keep piling up show how the Obama and The EPA are more than willing to ignore the law. There is also a link here to The Wall Street Journal’s EPA Smack-Down Number Six.

Then there is an article by Rusty Weiss, dated November 26, 2912 on freedomworks.org web site titled: It's Rather Transparent - The EPA is Hiding Something.

Weiss points out that in Barack Hussein Obama in 2008 told the world that:
"Let me say it as simply as I can: Transparency and the rule of law will be the touchstones of this presidency."
As we all know this is one of the many lies that Obama has told the world and something The Telegraph wants kept under the covers.

The article points out that:
“'Because things look suspicious at the EPA, the House Science Committee is investigating the possibility that the agency has conducted business it doesn't want the public to see. On Friday, the committee delivered letters to the EPA and various agency inspectors general’ seeking to find out if ‘senior personnel have been conducting official business through secretive means such as aliases and private email accounts.’"
Weiss points out that:
We've covered the seemingly mundane (ignoring records requests), to the juvenile (creating secret e-mail accounts), to the downright criminal (failing to release a regulatory agenda).  And ask the question: “Do any of these actions strike you as the actions of a 'transparent' administration?”
Duncan also ignored the fact that the EPA Administrator Lisa Jackson will be leaving. She also ignored the speculation that the reason is because of the lawlessness at the EPA. As we can see this speculation has some merit.

As noted in the following video from former Gov. Mike Huckabee and the Fox News Channel which shines a bright and glaring light on the EPA’s agenda.

The fourteen page report mentioned in the video can be seen at: A Look Ahead to EPA Regulations for 2013.

Yes The Telegraph has a lot to cover-up and as can be seen by people who are willing to look that is exactly what they are doing.

This is the reason we can say we have a clear conscience when we point out that The Telegraph like a great deal of the media make their living by deceit and dishonesty.

Have a nice day.
