We think the following video clips make this point. The individual on your right is The Telegraph Editorial Page Editor Charles E. Richardson.
We do not think there is any doubt they will endorse Obama for the office of president which is their prerogative.
While their cover up of the scandals of this administration
is no crime it is morally reprehensible. It shows a complete disregard for
journalistic integrity. As we have said many times if they want to be the propaganda arm of the Obama Administration they have a moral obligation to be honest with
the people and tell them this is their intentions.
When they base what the paper prints as news on their
undisputed bigotry and they promote the paper as “middle Georgia’s newspaper”,
they are morally wrong. Their record of covering up and carrying the water for
the Obama Administration should be enough to warn anyone who cares about the
future of this Great Country.
Any recommendation they make should be scrutinized
very, very, carefully.
For instance their opposition to Amendment 1 should be analyzed
very closely. The Telegraph’s connection to the Bibb County Board of Education
and Dr. Dallemand the Bibb County School Superintendent indicates a clear
conflict of interest.
We should all look back at the history of The Telegraph’s
Editorial Page Editor who was enjoying dining privileges on the taxpayers’ dime
courtesy of Dr. Dallemand.
We realize that George McCanless in his attempt to “paint
over” Charles E. Richardson’s willful disregard for the “McClatchy
Code of Business Conduct and Business Ethics" only mentions one
lunch. You can see McCanless’ attempt to put this to bed with his “In the pocket” at this link.
However when Richardson proudly tells the people of middle Georgia and
the world that no one lives “rent free in your head” this should be a red flag.
As can be seen The Telegraph’s President and Publisher George
McCanless tells us; “To think you could ever have Charles in your pocket, much
less for the price of a lousy lunch, is ludicrous…” and he was absolutely
right.
We find out that it took much more to put “…Charles in your
pocket…”. According to Bill Knowles at wearepolitics.com it took more, much
more. In fact it took “over 70,000
reasons” to have “…Charles in your pocket….” You can see this at; The
70,000 Reasons Certain Members Of The Media Are Biased.
But then influence pedaling does not come cheap, not the sort seen in the following video clips anyway.
But then influence pedaling does not come cheap, not the sort seen in the following video clips anyway.
There is still more.
This brings us back to the increasing panic of The Telegraph
over Amendment 1 which is becoming more and more evident.
The Telegraph in a feeble attempt to explain their
opposition tells us that Amendment 1 uses;
“…purposely deceptive language and a preamble to help it pass…” – “…will create is a [sic] another bureaucracy of appointed, not elected people who have the power to send state money to charter schools, not over the objection of local school boards and the state board of Education, but bypassing them altogether.”
This is amazing, what are we to believe? Are we to believe
that “purposely deceptive language” is the sole prerogative of The Telegraph?
They use it daily.
Then their worry about creating “…another bureaucracy of
appointed, not elected people who have the power…” to handle the taxpayers
money is a surprise.
When Obama spent billions of dollars with
the help of his czars on losers like Green Energy, etc. The Telegraph ignored
it.
The Telegraph has found nothing wrong with “The
Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act” (PPACA), commonly called Obamacare which has a Panel of 15 unelected government
officials.
Forbes.com tells us;
“Obamacare emphasizes government control and central planning. The law empowers a panel of 15 unelected government officials, called the Independent Payment Advisory Board, to make changes to the Medicare program that will reduce Medicare spending: primarily paying doctors and hospitals less, as is done with the Medicaid program. Over time, liberal health-policy types hope that IPAB can be used to introduce rationing into Medicare, using the panel to determine what types of procedures and treatments that Medicare will and will not pay for.”
The kicker might be bypassing the “local school boards”,
this would include the Bibb County Board of Education which would put the
taxpayers’ funds out of reach of The Telegraph when it comes to a “lousy lunch”
and “future employment.”
They ask “Why would lawmakers want to do such a thing?
Money. [sic] Private for-profit school management companies want to dip into Georgia
and extract profits.”
Here we find another puzzle. The Telegraph has had no complaints
when the Bibb County Board of Education and Dr. Dallemand bring in “private
for-profit” companies and "Chinese Communist Teachers" who want to dip into “Georgia
and extract profits.”
We are not implying anything here but it does remind us of what
The Telegraph says about “lawmakers” who do this sort of thing.
The Telegraph
tells us that;
“However, it sort of makes the lawmakers who changed their votes look a little slimy, because everyone knows why they did it. They were like two-bit whores who bellied up to the taxpayers’ bar and declared, ‘I need to bring home the bacon. My no vote will turn into a yes vote once my palms get greasy with pork fat.’”
We might also note The Telegraph had no trouble with and did
not report any of the lies and back door deals which cost the taxpayers’ hundreds
of millions of dollars to pass Obamacare. Links to the numerous stories about
this can be found at: Obama’s
Promises On Transparency And Ethics Leave Much To Be Desired
And of course there is the description of the Bibb County
School Superintendent Dr. Dallemand by a very astute lady who called in and
talked to The Telegraph’s “News Talk Central”.
Perhaps she did not go far
enough and maybe this description applies to The Telegraph also.
With all of the things The Telegraph has covered up for the Obama Administration, things any honest newspaper would have reported, we think they have lost any moral right to a claim to be "middle Georgia's newspaper".
It is our conclusion these people can not be trusted.

Have a nice day.
