Just when you thank The Telegraph can go no lower!

There can be nothing in the future which shows just how low The Telegraph is willing to sink; actually this is lower than the gutter. They have called out the old hands for this one.

Remember Amy Leigh Womack and the way she provided cover for the Justice Department and Attorney General Eric Holder and his dismissal of charges against the New Black Panthers for intimidation at the voter polls.  Then there was the cover for the EPA. Both can be seen at Update: Another Telegraph con by S. Heather Duncan and Another Telegraph con by S. Heather Duncan.

Ole Mike Stuka was in on this also. He has a lot in common with The Telegraph Editorial Page Editor Charles E. Richardson. Both have been known to brag a  little bit. Richardson about his big ole “gas guzzling SUV” and Stucka about his “…coursework for two bachelor’s degrees (could only get one) and a master’s in journalism, and taught myself GIS and other CAR skills.” We suppose this is the way all those “degrees’ taught him to use acronyms.

Stuka is the one that suggested when you see something in The Telegraph that is not “factual” you should call an editor and complain. Of course there is not that much time in the world and when you do that you can see in the third video clip at this link The Telegraph and Mike Stucka’s advise what to expect.

The Telegraph refused to cover fast and furious and all the deaths connected to the guns the Obama Administration was selling to the drug cartels, etc. Now that Obama has come out for “gun control” they are slobbering all over him. Today in the print addition there was a scam from the National level and one from the local level.

The story from the national press was titled “Assault weapons ban, limits on ammunition magazines among plans” by Anita Kumar of McClatchy Newspapers.

This is the parent company of The [Macon] Telegraph and to show just how disgusting and dishonesty McClatchy Newspapers is we have to look back to July.

The Washington Bureau Chief for McClatchy, James Asher, while bragging (bragging seems to be a common trait among McClatchy employees) about what he has done for journalism tells us that:
“On July 15, The New York Times reported that journalists in this town were allowing government sources to alter quotes in exchange for interviews. As Washington Bureau Chief for McClatchy, I banned the practice for our reporters on July 20.”
Then this sanctimonious individual brags about:
“During the height of the U.S. Attorney’s scandal in 2006 when McClatchy was breaking nearly all of the damning stories that led to the resignation of Attorney General Alberto Gonzales, an official from the Justice Department promised us an exclusive leak of government information.”
What this low life Asher (our opinion) did not tell you was U.S. Attorney General Alberto Gonzales was cleared of all charges. You can see this at: Former U.S. Attorney General Alberto Gonzales, clear of allegations, looks back at time in DC

But do not look for a correction or an apology from Asher, McClatchy or The Telegraph which carried everything they could find in the attempt to denigrate any and everybody in the previous administration.

It would seem that all of these people fit in to that description The Telegraph reserves for “lawmakers” who do not conduct their selves as the Telegraph thinks they should. These terms are “slimy” and “two-bit whores”.

Now Back to The Telegraph’s latest con in today’s paper. This one appears to be somewhat like the scam involving The Telegraph and the Bibb County Board of Education. We all recall how The Telegraph was pedaling influence for “lousy lunches” and employment for family members. Well the latest one has to do with Obama’s “gun control”.

Here we have four people: Wayne Crenshaw, Jim Gaines, Mike Stuka and Amy Leigh Womack who talked to 11 different individuals, an unknown number of employees and customers at Ingleside Gun Works – Macon Police Chief Mike Burns – the Houston County Probate Judge’s Office and the Bibb County Probate Court’s office – about one of the hottest subjects in the news today. This occurred in two different towns in two different counties in central Georgia.

They want you to believe that no one and we mean nobody mentioned “fast and furious”.

In talking to all of these people the only thing that comes up other than gun sales and gun control was the NRA (National Rifle Association) ad and they got that wrong. It was labeled “a talking point from a National rifle Association video”. That it was, but actually this will be used as a talking point from the Obama Administration to denigrate the NRA.

You are being asked to believe that none of these people brought up the Obama Administration’s:
gunrunning: fast and furious: the death of the Federal Agents and hundreds of Mexican Nationals including women and children associated with the guns the Obama Administration sold to the Mexican drug cartels.
Then there was not a word about the Congressional hearings or Attorney General Eric Holder’s “Contempt of Congress” for the lies he told to cover all this up. No mention of Obama’s declaration of “Executive Privledge” to protect the people committing these crimes.

Nobody brought up how it was covered up and passed off, locally by The Telegraph. The Telegraph declared it “all politics” and refused to cover it.

It looks to us that this is something that would have been included in any honest report on “gun control” and any honest newspaper or news source would have carried such vital information.

A scam? Your call, we have made ours. At the very least it shows there is no journalistic integrity at The Telegraph.

Have a nice day.
